> Worked on minimum three end to end implementations and one support project
> Expertise in – Payroll-PCR and Schema
>Expertise in Time(Positive Time, TM00) – Extensively worked on PCRs, Schemas
>Good Knowledge in OM and PA
Secondary Skills
> Experience in HR Renewal component
> Process & Forms overview
> Techno functional consultants with payroll expertise are preferred
> Good Communication & Presentation Skills
> SAP HCM Certification-Will Be added advantage
> Aware of all the stages of ASAP methodology- Will Be added Advantage
> Should have basic ABAP HR and Debugging skills- Will be added Advantage
