Job Skills Required:

5+ years of Proposal Writing experience for Staffing & Recruitment Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a variety of audiences both via the phone and email.
Highly preferred and mandatory: Experience as Proposal Writer for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs released by US n Canada Federal, State and local government and Commercial/ fortune companies.
College graduate preferred, preferably in business and/or communications with 3 years of minimum experience.
Excellent computer skills. Should be well versed with the use of MS Office for drafting ppt, white pages and pdf.
Experience and ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately.
Must have strong people relationship skills and proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism
